First of all, please contact me by inquiry form or Email or telephone. Please note that free email consultation might be a general answer and it will cost you if I need to investigate specialized content to answer your inquiry.
[Step 2] Consultation
During the consultation, I’ll ask you about the details of your current situation and your request. Then, I’ll examine the possibility of permission and confirm with you whether or not to proceed with the procedure. After making a reservation, I’ll visit you at a convenient date.
[Step 3] Contract / fee payment / start of business
I’ll propose an estimate based on the content of the consultation. After explaining the service contents, fees and required documents, if you are satisfied with the contents, I’ll make a necessary contract when you request. Please follow the procedures for payment of charges according to the contents of the contract. After the above procedures, I’ll begin my work.
[Step 4] Collection and creation of documents
There are documents to be collected by yourselves and documents to be collected by my office.
I’ll explain in detail how to collect documents. Based on the collected documents, I will prepare necessary materials such as application forms.
[Step 5] Submission of application form
I will submit the application documents to the Immigration Bureau. If you live in a remote area, you will be given the documents prepared, so you will have to go to the Immigration Bureau yourself. If you have paid for transportation, I will submit them responsibly.
[Step 6] Payment of fees, delivery of permission documents, etc.
If the application is approved, the remaining amount will be charged. After checkout, you will receive a permit or a new residence card. If not, clarify the reason and consider reapplying.
